20 Aug 2008 The Marshmallow Fight!!
 |  Category: Uncategorized

My boys made marshmallow shooters at Scout camp last week. They got to paint them and they turned out a bit metallic. I thought they were made with copper piping, and I wanted nothing to do with recreating them. But after finding it 100% PVC…I was game! So we made 10 more to take to Jellystone with us. What a hit! We are going to try them at a craft fair of two this winter, kind of like the “Bagg-O” games you see everywhere…the first ones I ever saw several years ago…made by Scouts!

This video isn’t the greatest…but you have to listen to the “Thhhhhhhmp” as a marshmallow is shot! Honestly…it’s addicting the power that comes with that one sound!

Interesting PVC game. There is a PVC game at Annes cabin (Colby calls it the “tooker toss” (I’ll let you guess why). It looks kindof like a straight ladder and you throw a rope with a ball on each end around the steps of the ladder. The person that throws the “tooker and rope thing” around the top step is the winner. I’m sure this game has a real name, any way they spend hours playing this….maybe an idea for the craft fair.
