We have the opportunity every year to get together with Michael’s Aunt Fran and her family.  I have to say…this is one of my very favorite things in the world.  Aunt Fran and Uncle Will are two of my most favorite, beloved people in the world, so every opportunity to see them is a lot of fun.  This year Christmas Eve was at their daughter Kathy’s house.  Blake was thrilled about this because Brooke would be there.  Blake and Brooke are cousins and truly the best of friends when they get together. 

We meet at Kathy’s for some food, family and fun.  We made it a little late because my husband had to make a catering delivery after work, but we got there with plenty of party left to enjoy.  Kathy’s mother in law Florabell was there, and what a fun lady to talk to.  Hearing all of the stories of life in the family before I joined is always interesting.  It was just a really fun night.  The boys especially loved it because it was the first time that they had gotten to play with the Wii.  Little did they know they had one waiting for them from Santa!
