I just made a fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie! I love it–it’s my morning cup of STEAM baby! I used to have one every morning before I exercised–to help burn the calories! But since the move, I have done very little of that! My mom is here, so I made her one too–it’s such a nice new flavor when you doctor it up-I add frozen berries if I don’t happen to have the real thing on hand. Today I had a banana, so it was added in with my strawberries and blueberries–it adds a little different texture–but it’s all doable!!
My new blender makes a quick whip of it–but it does add a bit too much air–I would prefer it thicker simply to be more like a yummy strawberry/yogurt shake–it’s close–but not quite!
Mmmmmmm, looking at this picture–I think I’d like to have another one!
