Whenever crazy things go on in the skies in our area, calamities happen in our family. Full moons are the worst. We used to have a dog that would run figure 8’s in the back yard for hours every night there was a full moon.

My husbands birthday there was a full moon, and his best friend was beaten up by his girlfriend (I know that sounds funny) using a hockey stick and she was arrested for domestic violence. Our nephew was arrested for drug use and drug paraphernalia and spent almost a year in jail before he could be bailed out and sent to drug rehab; and my husbands restaurant flooded all in the same night.

Last night we had one of the worst storms ever. Tornado’s in the area. Our power was out 18 hours–and sleeping in the heat was impossible. I’m just waiting for the phone to ring to hear what bad things happened to our family last night–cause guaranteed–something did!
