My husband called from the restaurant today. He was trying to figure out a name for a dessert that he had just made for his “Dessert Of The Day”. He came up with the name—Chocolate Dream, probably because “Death By Chocolate” has been used! He created:

Chocolate cake with “molten” chocolate mousse filling. Chocolate Ganache on top. Covered with Chocolate Butter Cream, and White Chocolate drizzle! ummmmmm, I told him that I was expecting a piece of that bad boy brought home!!

He’s also bringing home a serving of Carmel Apple Bread Pudding for my mom. Yep–it’s good to be married to a “Restaurant Man”!!
